Library Hours of Operation Update

Beginning Sunday, November 9, 2025, the Cerritos Library will be closed on Sundays. The Cerritos Library will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. As part of the Fiscal Year 2025–2026 budget review process, the City Council approved a change in the Cerritos Library’s hours of operation due to budget constraints. Community Services Program

The Cerritos Library News is a digital newsletter distributed monthly. 

The Cerritos News, which included Cerritos Library News, Cerritos Lifelong Enrichment, and the Community Services Program, has moved to an exclusively digital distribution model. Print versions of the newsletter have been discontinued following mail delivery of the August 2025 edition, with digital-only service beginning in September.
