Register for a Library Card Online

Cerritos Library card registration forms can be submitted online. Once your registration form is received and reviewed, you will receive an email explaining the documentation you will need to present to obtain your library card.

1. Complete and submit a Cerritos Library card registration form for new membership. 
2. Cerritos Library staff will email a list of documents that you will need to present to complete your registration. Please note there are qualifications to receive a free Cerritos Library card.
3. Visit the Library Card Desk located at the Circulation counter, and present the required documents for review.
4. Staff will ask you to confirm the information and sign your registration form. Once all the required documents have been presented, staff will create your new Cerritos Library card.
